Well the horror continues and another one in the "L" column. The most disappointing thing was the two free scores we "gave" them, and how we really couldn't recover from that with points of our own. Were those gusts of wind we were hearing this weekend or just the massive collective sighs of all of the Penn State Fans who have now just given up hope?

It gets no easier for us; no freebies on the horizon. Northwestern knocked off a Purdue team we couldn't, Indiana got their first Big Ten win against Minnesota (that we couldn't beat), and Michigan State had all of the firepower to take Michigan into a triple OT. This weeks cartoon - something about the burden of our season and maybe a revisit to the little inch theory of how far we are from success.
