This week we get a single frame cartoon (they all used to be that way in the 80's). Well for this week it just seemed the thing to draw to re-emphasize the burden that our pet season has become and how it affects everything we do. Sometimes pets do "bad things" to get attention from the Owner, but our season is way out of control and despite all the attention, it is getting no better. It also seemed a good time to revisit a remark JoePa made a few weeks ago (10/12 Tuesday Media Day) about the Nittany Lions only being a "little inch" away from success. The little inch in the horizontal direction is a lot different in the vertical and we can't make it from failure to success, and it gets even harder as the 'weight" of the season increases. I think we can win this game, if we can make a few things happen for ourselves, but the Wildcat isn't concerned since they knocked off a Purdue team we couldn't and doesn't think we can climb to success. Come on Lions, lets prove that Wildcat wrong - Let's get across that "little inch"!
